Review: Revlon PhotoReady Color Correcting Primer

I picked up the Revlon PhotoReady Color Correcting Primer about a month ago and I really enjoy this! A little warning for sensitive noses though. This product has a really strong stench. It doesn't linger but you can definitely smell it as you apply it on your face.

The product comes in a glass bottle like the PhotoReady Makeup. I'm not a big fan of the bulky packaging but it does look rather good on the vanity. The product itself seems to harden pretty quickly when left unused for awhile and this may clog the pump.

The hardened bits of the primer will not melt but they are easily separated as you apply the product. I would usually pick the pieces off my face and smooth the primer all over.

The product itself works wonders. It mattifies really well and prolongs the wear of foundations that tend to melt off my face. I've to say that I'm really impressed!

The primer is tinted pink and it's supposed to help brighten complexions and neutralize redness but I don't see much of a difference in my complexion after I apply the product. If you look closely into the bottle, you can see that the primer is slightly shimmery. It does not transfer to my skin at all but I do hope it helps with subtle brightening of my complexion!

Overall, this is a really good mattifying primer and I would repurchase!
